Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m a Certified Relationship Coach with a BA in Communication, Behavioral Sciences, and I’m passionate about helping people build self-esteem, create healthy, lasting relationships, and experience the sex lives they truly desire.
Like many women, I once believed I wasn’t good enough for the love I wanted. I married my high school sweetheart, planned the perfect wedding, and poured myself into making our marriage work, yet I still felt like I was never enough. My ex wasn’t a bad person; we simply weren’t compatible. But I stayed because I thought it was what I was supposed to do, and I kept telling myself it would get better.
The pressure to marry young, have kids, and keep up the perfect household weighed on me every single day, and I constantly felt like I was failing. I wish I could say I recognized the problem early on and left, but the truth is, I stayed for 15 years.
One of the biggest turning points came when I experienced pleasure for the first time. Terrified to even buy a vibrator, I hid my exploration, only to discover something life-changing: I had never experienced an orgasm. For the first time, I realized how much I had been missing in intimacy, and how silenced I felt whenever I tried to express my desires. Sexuality is such a vital part of who we are. If we can’t be vulnerable with our most intimate thoughts, when can we?
After leaving my marriage, I was eager to discover more about myself. But I was also stepping into dating for the very first time, during a global pandemic, no less. Having only ever known life as someone’s partner, I had no idea how to navigate being single. Years of family, sexual, and relationship trauma left me with a disorganized attachment style, and I clung to attention even when I knew someone wasn’t right for me.
It wasn’t until I shifted my focus inward that everything began to change. I discovered how my neurodivergent brain had influenced my attachment patterns, learned how to be satisfied in life without depending on someone else, practiced setting healthy boundaries, and began healing years of trauma step by step. Once I built my self-esteem and understood what I truly needed (emotionally and physically), dating became easier, and the world opened up in ways I never thought possible.
Through this journey, I realized I had dedicated my life to studying and understanding communication on every level, and I wanted to turn that knowledge into something that could help others find the happiness they deserve. That’s when I became a certified relationship coach and created a program designed to help people everywhere heal, grow, and step into love with confidence.
I know how hard it can feel to take the first step, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re navigating dating anxiety, struggling with intimacy, or simply craving healthier relationships, I’m here to guide you. Together, we can rewrite your story and create the love and self-worth you’ve been searching for.
